Will you waive the lead fee if I give you the exclusive listing after assignment?
No. I do not waive lead fees in exchange for potential future listings.

Please note: under Louisiana law, an assignee does not have legal standing to and cannot enter into a valid listing agreement. If you later acquire the property and choose to use my flat-fee MLS service to market, I will apply a 25% courtesy discount at that time.

Do you offer a referral or loyalty program?
Bulk Discount: Buy five leads and receive 50% off the sixth lead when purchased at the same time.

Exclusive Access Window: Purchasers receive a loyalty email notifying them of new property leads 48 hours before they’re posted to the public.
